Fitness Pilates is a fantastic modern form of Pilates. Based on the original teachings of Joseph Pilates you will be guided through a sequence of exercises, performed with accuracy, recruitment of the core muscles and in sync with breath.
The classes are mixed ability and participants are encouraged to work at their own level and pace. With regular participation expect improvements in posture, balance, muscle tone, mobility, flexibility, strength, endurance and cognitive function.
