Utkinton Village Hall Management Committee (UVHMC)

We meet irregularly but our Governance suggests we meet at least twice a year (AGM and one other) and the committee took a decision to meet monthly, whenever possible, but the only formal meetings are the AGM and a half-yearly general meeting in February and September.
