Last Friday evening, Utkinton Village Hall was absolutely buzzing with excitement as the phenomenal Dominic Holmes took to the stage for what can only be described as a bloomin’ brilliant night of music! Local music lovers were treated to an absolutely stellar performance that had everyone up and dancing.
With a whopping repertoire of over 400 songs, Dominic proved exactly why he’s become a local favourite. From golden oldies to today’s chart-toppers, he belted out tunes that had the whole room grooving. And for those Elvis fans? Let me tell you, his tribute is something special – word on the street is that he still hasn’t stopped swinging those hips!
The evening was a sell-out, and for good reason. At just £15 a ticket – which also included a scrumptious supper – it was an absolute bargain. The feedback says it all. Sue Williamson couldn’t stop raving about the “brilliant night”, while Elaine Meredith was over the moon, talking about “lots of dancing and fun”. Charles Hardy summed it up perfectly with a simple but heartfelt “thank you for a fantastic evening!”
If you missed out this time, keep your ears to the ground. With performances like these, Dominic Holmes is definitely one to watch. Utkinton Village Hall continues to be the go-to spot for top-notch entertainment that brings our community together.
Roll on the next gig!
